These Terms apply to your use of www.drdilysliu.com, Listening BEARS™ online courses, digital resources, workshops, psychological assessments, consultation, professional supervision and other services provided by Dr Dilys Liu. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Listening BEARS™ courses and digital resources are educational in nature and are intended to promote learning and personal development. They do not replace individual psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric or medical assessment or treatment. Where psychological services are contracted separately, those services are governed by their own service agreement and applicable professional standards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services unless a parent or legal guardian enrols on behalf of a child or young person where permitted.

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy published on our website or the specific terms stated at purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, downloads, trademarks and other materials remain the intellectual property of Dr Dilys Liu unless otherwise stated. Materials are licensed for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold or used commercially without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website and services lawfully, maintain the confidentiality of your account, provide accurate information, and not interfere with the security or operation of our systems or infringe the rights of others.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, our online learning platform is currently powered by Teachable, and payments are processed by Stripe.

We aim to provide accurate, high-quality educational and professional services. However, outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
