To minimise distractions and support effective engagement, clients are asked to switch off or silence mobile phones and other electronics devices during appointments, unless their use has been agreed in advance or is clinically necessary.
Arriving on time helps clients settle into the appointment, supports effective engagement, and allows session to begin promptly and run as scheduled.
